Why I Chose Perfectly Posh

In today's economy I think everyone wants to find a way to make easy money. I don't think there is such a thing as "easy money". Everything takes work and effort. With this mentality though, there have been about 53,238,947,382 direct sales companies started and people trying them out. I am pretty sure there is a direct sales company for anything you could possibly imagine! Some people love them. Some people hate them.

I personally enjoy direct sales companies and consultants, when they aren't ridiculously pushy or overwhelming. If I can afford it, I would much rather buy something from a friend and help her make a few bucks, than go to the great big chain store and have my money go who knows where. I know what it is like to not be able to pay your bills so knowing I am helping a friend not to have to go through that is awesome. I have wished I could help more when the going got tough, but I didn't know where to start and I LOVE LOVE LOVE being at home with my kiddos. If we can make it, no matter how difficult, with me at home that is what I prefer. Direct sales have crossed my mind in the past, but It's hard to know which company to go with if you are a fan of more than one and it's hard to know if it will be worth it, monetarily, after buying your kit and supplies and all that jazz.

So why did I go with Perfectly Posh?

When I was looking for a product to help with a rash my baby had last year (he was about 4 months old at the time) someone told me to try the Perfectly Posh Healer Stick. It was amazing. I fell in love! I got some samples and loved it all so much!!! All of the products I tried as samples and was able to purchase, smelled and worked AMAZING. I am super duper sensitive to smells and always thought that certain scents were causing my migraines. It wasn't the scents themselves, but what was in the products! I will spend more time every week talking about the ingredients another time because I do think it's important to be aware of these to help you to feel and be more healthy.

On a whim one day, I went to order a couple products and thought "You know what?? I love this stuff!! For the same price as the stuff I am wanting, I can get a whole kit and start sharing this with other people!!!" So I went for it and I am so glad I did!! I made my money back from the starter kit within the first 10 days or so. (People always seem hesitant to talk about money, so I'm keeping it real because I do think people want to know these things!) I have also earned A LOT of Perk Points and purchased some free products (and I still have some perks waiting to be used). Plus, the joy I get when people try the products and love them, is AWESOME! It's like getting paid to share your favorite things with people!!

There is one other company I have thought about signing up for, but the price of the starter kit didn't get you as many (or any??) products and that was a turn off for me personally. I wanted to get, not just some business tools, but actual product to try and use and share. I think a good product can sell itself and it was so nice to get so much for my sign up price. I have seen people take only their starter kit to vendor events. It really does have all that you would need and lots of things for you to try and give reviews on.

Keepin' It Real

There are some pretty negative (and recent) reviews of Perfectly Posh online if you Google search. I have not had those experiences, but I do know people who have. Excuses are for the birds and I know you guys don't want to hear them, but I'm going to say a couple of things. Perfectly Posh is a young company in the grand scheme of things and they are growing crazy fast!!! It is hard to keep up with it on the executive/home office side of it. They are working on this!! They are hiring more people so hopefully call times should be better if you need help and all around customer service will improve. If you had terrible customer service from a company, I know it takes a long time to get over that. I am in no way associated with home office, but I am so so so sorry if you have had a bad experience or been frustrated by Perfectly Posh!! That sucks and isn't good. They do want their customers to be happy though, so please know that they working on making this better.  So please just remember, when looking at reviews it's usually the unhappiest who are the loudest. Doesn't mean that that is the norm.

So there ya go! I think that's a pretty good run through and I will be using the blog to share reviews (HONEST ones. There is one product I have not loved as well as the others. That will come up!!) and specials and all around good info for you to have about your skin care products! If you ever have any questions or want more info you can email me or sign up for my VIP list.
